6063 Aluminium Sheet Iontroduction:
6063 aluminium sheet is part of the 6000 series of aluminum sheets, which is an Al-Mg-Si alloy, also commonly referred to as an aircraft grade aluminum alloy, similar to the HE9 aluminum alloy from the U.K. Mg and Si are the main alloying elements. The percentages of Mg and Si are different and the properties are different. The higher the Mg content, the greater the amount of Mg2Si, the greater the heat treatment strengthening effect; increase the Si content, the alloy grain becomes finer, the metal fluidity increases, the casting performance becomes better, and the heat treatment strengthening effect increases.
The common tempered states of 6063 aluminum sheet are 6063 O, 6063 T4, 6063 T6 and 6063 T651. 6063 T651 aluminum alloy sheet is stretched on the basis of tempering of T6, eliminating the internal stress and thus more suitable for processing.

6063 Aluminium Sheet Feature:
6063 aluminum plate has medium strength, strong corrosion resistance, no tendency of stress corrosion cracking; and good tensile strength and yield strength at different temperatures, large elongation, etc.
